True Deliverance Ministries Inc. is a 501(c)3 status ministry with a mission to impact and transform lives through practical teaching and application of the Word of God, which will enable individuals to live completely delivered lives. The ministry's founders, Elder James W. Carroll, Pastor, and his wife, First Lady Veronica Carroll, have a passion and advocacy for outreach evangelistic ministry. They possess an intense level of commitment to address the deficit of community-based educational, recreational, and social programming for at-risk youth and families. The ministry functions currently as a home-based cell ministry according to the Bible's New Testament standards, and believe that the Word of God contains the biblical fundamentals necessary to assist God's people with fulfilling their God-given purpose and goals.
